This site does not ask you to create an account and there is no login. If you email the contact address, that email and whatever you put in it is held until the exchange is finished and then deleted.
Standard web server logs record the request: an IP address, a timestamp, the page asked for and the browser string. These are ordinary technical records and are not used to build a profile of you.
Aggregate analytics may be used to see which pages get read and roughly where readers arrive from. That data is looked at in aggregate. Nobody here is interested in identifying an individual reader and no attempt is made to.
Links to operators carry a tracking parameter. Following one may set a cookie in your browser belonging to the operator or its affiliate platform, which is how a signup is attributed to this site.
